Login using SSH

Sorry. I am not German speaker.
I am trying to log into the client server using SSH and everything seams to be fine but once I get there I am faced to new login requirement.

Where is this second login coming from? Is this login to Linux distribution? How can I find/reset login details here to be able to get into the file system?

I'll be appreciate on answer.

If you create a new JiffyBox you can set the root password yourself under "Erweitert" or you will get it via email. I mark you below the access data for SSH from this mail:
