error on php7.3.10-cli

hi staff,

i was looking for it, but i was not able to find anything like that in the forum nor in google.
i hope that this is the right section, because i am running my project on the managed server and i do not have admin permissions for solving it by myself.

when running php7.3.10-cli via ssh i get this error message:

error while loading shared libraries: libsodium.so.23: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i temporary solved by running my composer cmd with php7.2.23-cli instead, but i wanted anyway to inform you about this issue.

I just tested this and I can't reproduce the error. Does this also happen if you run a very simple script which e.g. only outputs a short text?

/usr/local/bin/php7.3.10-cli -v

for first understanding if i was doing it wrong, but i get the same error.

Okay, please contact our technical support via the customer menu and briefly describe your problem. In my tests it works fine. But it may be that you have a problem, which we can then certainly solve.
