How to transfer entire website to German language and domain?

Is there any way to transfer/translate the entire website and get a new domain using DF while keeping everything in html the same? For example this website , if it has to be done in german, do I need to change a lot of tags in html / any tool that does it automatically or should I do it manually ? Danke!
